She was the Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, now the Commissioner for Education, Kogi State. She is an inspiration to many, a role model to many and an example of greatness in her class.She is a fantastic personality with solid love and respect for womanhood. She is Rosemary O. Osikoya.
On the occasion of our "Summit with Great Minds", she inspired women to greatness and created the desire to lead and getting involved in politics in the hearts and minds of all young ladies who were at the epoch making event. She spoke on the topic " Redefining the Role of the Nigerian Female in the 21st Century"
